  I seem to have millions in cash, but I don't seem to have much I can do with it. I bring in more than it cost to expand in bases and equipment and any losses from disputes, but find myself at a loss as to what to do with it.
  Would be cool to buy resources for it? Anyone else in the same boat?

  If you had more agents you would appreciate the cash as you would need it to buy weapons and weapon maintenance, if you play the game properly you'd see the purpose of each feature

  I have as many agents as I can built in improvements, build as soon as I get, still cash goes no where
