  How am I supposed to retaliate after small fry's attack me if I get penalized for doing so?

  If they're healing as you try to cap it's impossible. I ended up with a -98% penalty.

  C4 gets you a penalty too?
  During the beta attack was much higher than defence, so the penalty didn't matter as much. Though I remember lots of people brought it up as an issue

  No penalty! Survival of the fittest! If you wanna mess with bigger players that's your problem. And just like tw capping turf in this game is a good way to get upgrades, or even better, agents. The point of the game is to get bigger and fight other people and if newer players never do anything about it why should we be penalized for it?

  I agree you wouldn't go up to the biggist you can find and kick his ass becuse you know he will turn round and smash you....... Should be like that
