    How about if a player had been in active for one year remove or penalty. Maybe add bonuses for cleanup. This would strengthen the attacks and owning territory and to move out of date players from being able to squat and own territory.

    My policy is simple ... I take territory at will until I run into someone active. When that happens, we'll talk and work out an arrangement that works for both of us.

    Otherwise, territory is fair game, although I have also not been using C4 on anyone to force ownership of a territory, or to see if they're awake ... Just don't see the use at the moment.
