Excess skill points

  I just maxed out my Energy/Health/Stamina stats and now I have one spare skill point at level 97. I don't plan on putting it in the other categories because I want to increase them naturally, meaning that I'll end up with 10 excess skill points at level 100. There should be a way to convert extra skill points into something else (the option being available only if everything is maxed out)
