  currently the bases tab under territories displays as most recent to oldest. I'm suggesting a selection pull down for income, influence, and number of upgrades.

  That would help with clearing out bases with low income greatly

  I wouldn’t worry about it, I’ll be clearing out most of your bases soon. It will be much easier to filter them when there are only a few.
