Player names should be longer than base names

  It just isn't right that bases could be up to 20 characters long while player names could be only 15. It should be the other way around, since I think it's easier to express yourself with player names instead of with your bases. I think long base names are unnecessary while player names are critical to express who you are.

  Currently you have a 3 digit name, prove that you can use the other 12 digits and then resubmit your gripe.
