Remove "New" from old features

  the syndicate view addition has been around for over a year. I suggest removing the New graphic from that feature. Otherwise truly new features could be ignored.

  Great point. It's the portal tabs turn to carry the red, new bubble for a year.

  'New strategy guide' been there since the beginning?
  PR update coming soon... (29th March) . Maybe they're keeping it there to do another one next year.
