Seeing as how a player with maxxed out skills like stamina takes 16.67 hours to fully regenerate . It might sound like a weird number, but if they changed it to 2 minutes and 52 seconds
(or less) instead of 4 minutes, it would allow a player to use their full 250 stam twice within a 24 hour period
It would also aid in a lower level players growth as well as keep people playing more often instead of waiting around.
Just a thought. I dont have a problem with the way it is now.

Or increase maximum stamina (and subsequently energy and health to keep the same number) limits so that number would be round.
