  A loot that allows Lookouts to notify when someone has placed a base in inside one of our areas. Even better, as a dictator, you're automatically notified when someone drops a base.

  Kind of hard to do that if you have hundreds of bases in different locations around the country. Would also be hard to remember the entire map.
