  Currently, when you tear down a base you get diddly-squat. In fact you get NOTHING. Base building is important and tearing down is a necessary discipline. You should be able to at least RETRIEVE HALF the resources that were originally invested in the base when created. This way when you acquire a base from another player for example, you can tear it down and get some resources instead of nothing.

  You should still be able to get back some resources when tearing down upgrades or bases.
