I love that members of syndicates can request help with money, Tib and resources. However, the amounts seem too low. A request for resources won't even let you build one distribution center. I think it would be nice if we could choose the amount we wanted to send. But maybe set a cap.

And be able to send less then permitted. If someone only needs 5 to get to a worker or whatever why should I have to send 24

True that. Good ideas, expand max cap and choose ammount.
