  You should be able to have 20'person syndicates. You also should have the option to tap somebodies name ( if you're leader) and promote them either to vice-chancellor or full chancellor(leader) likewise you can do this to kick people out and demote them

  Make that 30 or 40 person syndicates to make global syndicates like ours more effective.

  Maybe even go a bit more in depth with synds where you can go into the individual divisions/chapters under the synds profile. Sorta like the territorys tab. Worldwide synds could have national divisions under the same name
