Base Building Penalty

  I think the base building penalty should only apply to bases built where tiberium was awarded for building them. Any other base should be exempt.

  The base building penalty is to stop players from building a base and tearing it down again over and over until their skill is maxed. So it needs to apply to every base

  Agreed with gade. The "penalty" simply removes what you gained. If you are willing to wait before tearing down, you can avoid it.

  I didn't realized that you received 10 base building points when you built a base ( it never said anywhere) all I saw was -10 when I tore down. Makes sense now.
