    I propose that we should be able to have the choice to pay for new workers with cash or with tib, it would be a lot more fair to new player that can't create more bases because the have to wait 16 hrs, Thank you for listening to what I have to say.

    Lol you can. In the top right hand corner is the black market where you buy tib. Scroll down to the bottom to purchase workers. If you hold the tab down it will let you buy 10 workers at 60 tib each. If you buy them one at a time the proce increases every 2 workers purchased.
