Update leaderboards more often

  At the moment I'm meant to be in the top 100 UK influence leaderboard, but it says I'm not, so I looked around and saw it said "last updated 6 hours". This really needs to be updated more often. Please post what you think about the idea below. ⬇

  I'd like to see more frequent updates, especially in these early days when new players are joining all the time. Just nice to know who else is around and serious about playing.

  So far the longest has been 18 1/2 hours...😒
