  For travel over water when you reach a pre determined dock you can use a battle ship to cross oceans or body's of water. The time you have to wait depends on the distance. Say to cross the ocean it would take a month wait and not allow tib to speed it up( let's be honest we're watching paint dry anyways). You could have docks on most coastlines. And maybe have some over water battles. Who knows. Feel free to edit the idea if you think of anything else
