  In the Netherlands a lot of area's do not fall within a directory. Specially along the coast.
  In the UK the coastline is exactly followed.
  Could this be altered?

  I am wondering this as well... Lots of countries have no smaller regions :-/

  Also could the directory's follow the actual borders of provences and neighbouring countries?
