Cap over worker limits

  Title says it all, how can you achieve the aim of th game which is world domination, if you can't cap fucking bases!!!

  There's something fundamentally wrong here. I have spent my hard earned tib on increasing workers and agents to play with . I/We need to be able to use them without it costing more tib. Right now it's more fun banging my head against a wall. Please sort it out give me a reason to keep playing.

  Just so you all know, if I designed the game, I would listen to your feedback and would have made the game fun by now :)

  Yes please this game is a hugging game without being able to cap over limit.
