"buy" workers

  we should have some other way to buy workers and not just by tib.

  you can make it 5 million for 1 worker. or use up 250 energy to recruit 1 worker.

  we should be able to expand without just using tapjoy :)

  Hop. I've bought 30 workers just from the tib I've gotten from hopping.

  workers are 60. i dont see much of anything past 40 tib (avg).

  i do hop but it usually only pays 1/2 - 3/4 of cost.

  if people were able to "buy" bases the game would go faster and hopes more activity :)
