Base art

  You should be able to see bases when zoomed out. I would like to make turf art but the zoom kills it.

  Yes, not just because of art, but that's one of many reasons for the zoom to allow seeing bases farther out.

  I'd like to be able to see the surrounding areas when zoomed out I don't care about the bases. It's annoying that as soon as you zoom out to start seeing sub divisions it changes to the next tier of territory.

  Yeah, both bases and subdivisions should be seen farther out. Ak subdevisions are so large and bases so far apart that this update is neccisary and needs to fixed sooner than others.
