c4 requirements

  You must have a certain amount of influence to c4. Such as, 1,500 or so. Feel free to criticize and alter, it's just an idea.

  It would never work. If someone was 25% bigger than you and C4'd you, resulting in them now +26% bigger than you, you would be unable to retaliate. Worse if they have others C4'ing you as well. This would hinder battles, and make the game even more restrictive.
