    Seeing as you can't tax inactives after say two months of a player not logging on you can cap there bases without using up workers

    Why would you want to cap on this game? There is no point unless you want to cut their influence. You can't cap for loot either so I don't see why you'd want to.

    GS or TW the ability to cap or defend certain areas from unwanted people is wanted by the masses, surly nic can come up with a way to cater for both so it's not a all out cap fest but also not a farming game either ....
