  1. More features that have to do with the Syndicate other than sending/receiving help.
  2. Instant messaging chat rooms!
  3. City viewing from 'Counties'.
  We should be able to see cities from at least the county viewing.
  4. Airports; I don't mind whether they're in the game or not. I see both sides to the argument, but I am leading towards the "no-airport movement".
