  I used to get tons of of private securities there was so much upkeep I started getting negative money but now all I get is distribution centers

  That would be because past level 30 the game doesn't balance the amount of DC and agent recruiting centers.

  Tier 3 is BS getting 6 or 7 resources per green circle is crap. Tier 1 gives me 5 or 6 per green circle. Tier 3 should at least give significantly higher resource drops.
