Game Center problem

  The Game Center notification and welcome screen popping up everytime you refresh is pissing me off!!!

  Same thing happens on my iPad but not my iPhone.

  Normally it would just say welcome back. Now it loads up goes to Game Center main page and I have to close out and reopen global supremacy which isn't a proble but seeing how I play only phone when I get a call or text I answer it then come back to game and have to do the refresh all over again gets old real quick
