  So I'm used to the tw way of just punching codes. And don't get me wrong I prefer to not do that. I'm just trying to figure out this new game I'm trying to get more agents but can't figure out how. Is it strictly just all about getting resources or is there more to it than that?

  Armories, private security and agent recruitment centers give you agents when you equip it to that turf. Get resources so you can put it on a turf. For example. Oh no! I have 18 resources and i need to get 25 to equip the armory. You scan (tier 1 recommended for resources) until you get 25 res. then you go to the turf you want to equip it on and equip the armory. It will use up 25 res.

  Well yea I have plenty of resources for the armory but I still can't equip them to my new turf without any upgrades. Unless its just a glitch that needs fixed
