Acquisition limit

  I am told that another player is at their daily acquisition limit. However, they were out day yesterday too. As far as I can tell, they are always at their acquisition limit. What is this moment? It is keeping me from attacking.

  There's a help forum. Anyone small enough for you too be attacking is going to have a very small aquisition limit. Possibly zero.
