  You can buy as many as you want but you can only use one per real agent you have

  According to van he had 5014 cyborgs 5014 X 60=300,840
  He spent 300,840 tib on cyborgs.
  On the black market $99.99 gets you 15,000 tib.
  300,840/15,000=20.056=20

  That's a little over twenty, 15K tib purchases, each costing $99.99.

  $99.99 (plus tax) X 20=$2,000

  So it's really not $2,200, it's really just a little over $2K

  He spent on more than just cyborgs. I'm sure he bought a ridiculous amount of base limit, and probably stam refills as well.
