Directorship changes?

    I've noticed that if at least 2 of the top influence players in the same area are tied with the same influence the directorship is "open." Is this happening to anyone else?

    I see this now and then but it usually clears up. I suspect a database error. There are places that are permanent screwed up due to some error, I think I heard, in the specs map data. Those areas always show as unowned. I can only think if Manassas Virginia right now, but there are others.
