  Whether a person wasted their money on this game or not, everyone should be entitled to customer support and/or a reply as to why their account is locked/banned. If there is a justified reason for the ban, then state it so the individual knows. Whether a person pays or not makes no difference. A locked out/banned player should know the reason why this happened.

  Very true bumps. It's called Customer Service. I've always had a response from support regarding issues I've reported, however consistency is paramount and it would appear that the staff behind this game pulled a sicky on customer services training day. Respond to everyone and always respond promptly. Rule #1. It's not hard.
