  What does his spending habbit have to do with anything. Would you prefer him to spend his money on porn? It's a form of entertainment eitherway. And just for the record I know hav in real life & have met up with him for lunch/dinner many times. I can tell you from first hand experience, he doesn't have a wallet to put away. He's got so much money it wouldn't fit in a wallet. He has an armored car instead.

  Ok so what does scanning mastery actually give you? Anything? Maybe better luck in scanning? Why is there more scale beyond the mastery mark? Does the bar graph keep climbing beyond that mark as you scan or does it stop thus encouraging you to spend more money to bump it up?

  I think I'm seeing the returns go up on scans as my level rises. Now I occasionally get resource caches of 8 or 9 instead of all 4-5, for example,

  I guess the "hahaha" wasnt obvious enough. I know maxing that wouldn't have cost the much. With the max stats then getting the scanning up would have been $200 possibly. Compared to TW.....that's nothing for Hav, chump change hahaha
