  $200M extra cash costs 21,023 Tib, meaning about $9513 per Tib, but $8438 costs 12 Tib, yielding only $703 per Tib! It seems like more bulky buys are cheaper when buying extra cash with Tib (but is a waste of Tib nonetheless).
