    This is for a poll:
If you exploit a prostitute's services and you don't pay her, is it shoplifting or rape?

As an attorney, I would say the answer to your question is: Yes.

    That will be $200.00 please.

Unless you don't like that answer. Then it will be $2000 for a different one.

Stupid question. Better question is "should you get tested" which I would say "yes."

Neither. It would probably(hypothetically) be considered theft of services. It would be a civil issue, not criminal.

    Touché!😂

It's only rape if there is a question concerning consent. The "business" end of things has nothing to do with the later.

Does it matter if prostitution is legal where this occurred?

  • RaiKou

If prostitution was legal I would think it would count at theft AND rape and they would give it it's only little fancy offense name. But since it's not, i would think it rape. The only problem is that, if the buyer can prove that it was previously agreed on then they're both screwed. If the seller cannot prove that it ever happened, then the seller is screwed.

    Haha, no puns. *wink*
