tapjoy problems

  i know others have had trouble getting offers from tapjoy so thought i would share this. i finally got a response from their support today abd it fixed the problem for me. im kinda a dumbass with computers and such so not sure if this is common sense or not but maybe it will help others.

  1. Clear your cache and cookies on Safari from Settings on your device
  2. Go back to Safari and open beta.tapjoy.com and log in
  3. It will prompt you to select a device. If you don't find the device you are looking for, choose 'link new device'
  4. Once selected or linked, you are good to go. You should see you apps under MyApps

  Please make sure you run your app(s). If you are still facing the same issue after attempting these steps, please write back to us and we will take a further look at your device.

  also after i got back on their site it listed my iphone twice under devices, one wouldnt work but the other did. hope this helps some of you.

  I have tried everything and they keep telling me that the points were awarded. Nothing. Worst technical support ever!
