  Short version. Wife finally let's me speak to son after almost 8 weeks. Makes plan for me to pick him up Friday from school and spend weekend. So I'm super happy. Then by 5:45am she sends texts retracting all plans telling me to burn in hell and such. Says they r moving and he doesn't go to school there anymore. Now I'm really sad. Wait til morning and contact school. She didn't take him and didn't even call to excuse absence. Now I'm sadder.

  So Friday night at 2 am I get calls from wife telling me to pick up my son. Little confused but I go. She is at local laundry place and cop car is outside. (They close at 2 and she gave worker crap about his additude. Guess he called.) So son wants to go with me and my 18yr old step daughter wants ride to her grandparents 15 miles opposite way. I happily give her ride even though she hates me( not really but mom brainwashing her and always talking shit about me). Learn from sis that mom is in breakdown mode. So Sunday night start getting texts and calls about am I keeping son or bringing him back. (At this point she has kicked daughter from home and threatened suicide). So no not bringing son back.

  Would have returned him if she stuck to original visit plan and wasn't going more insane than usual. Now I have son and am waiting for court papers to enroll him in school near home. (If I take him to his school it's 45 minute ride without traffic plus she would just pick him up early and I'm back to square one). This time wife's whole family says keep him, do not return him, she needs help. Lawyer says keep him. CPS says same. So now I am FUCKING ESTATIC and things are going my way. Son is happy and wants to stay and go to school here. Only problem is I can't enroll him until I have custody papers or she will nab him first chance.(already told others about moving out of state to keep him from me.) Everything is awesome, just don't want him falling behind in school. State law says must enroll child at age 6 and he is still 5 so no laws being broken by waiting for court papers. I will just have to be dad/teacher for a week or so and then he will be safe and happy and all will be how I believe it should be.

  Thanks for people's support( you know who you are). Never marry a bipolar woman. Sex may be mind blowing but so is the rest of her thinking. This will be my last post in last post game unless outcome changes drastically. Oh and my prostate still hurts.
