  I know u can build without but it takes longer. Are workers the equivalent if TL??

  Seems that way EXCEPT you can't cap beyond that limit. I think that will seriously limit the game...

  You can build over your limit but with each turf over your limit, it takes longer for that turf to become active.

  During the beta I was 48/44 on turf. Meaning I was 4 turf over my limit. I can't remember for sure but I think I was close to a week before the next turf would become available for me.

  One turf over limit is like 15 minutes I think, then it just expands from there.

  according to the rules you cant cap if you are overlimit though.
