  You do you can get armory (+1) a private security (+2) and a recruiting thing (+3)

  And use tapjoy to get free tib to spend on agents. Even do the little 1-4 tib rewards offers it adds up quick. I rarely get armourys I believe the one I did get was from tier 2 scanning but I get private security from tier 3 like every time
