  It used to say one but you always lost or gained 10. Like if you buy a skill point your base skill goes up in increments of 10

  It works with build radius when building bases. It allows for bigger build areas. They modified it when the glitch was found to hop 200 miles but 4depots 2 warehouse and 2 distribution centers allows for like 10+mile hops
