Anyone else having issues now with getting just 8 upgrades installed on a base? I have 2 warehouses, 2 DC's but now it won't let me put 4 vehicle depots!?

I just figured out the glitch now it seems you have only one try to put on upgrades. After that it won't let you.

I had to wait for the warehouse to finish building and then I could add more upgrades.

Funny now it says i have 6/8 installed I only see 4 built/building and It didnt cost me any tib.

It does not allow you to add upgrades to newly created warehouses....

My base list says all of my new bases have more upgrades on them then they actually do. List says 6 of 4, when I only have 3 of 4. Now I can't even add upgrades to bases. I feel like I'm taking crazy pills, what is going on with this game, seriously
