Why no refunds will be given

  Here is the terms we agreed to play by once we started.

  Prohibited Conduct. You agree that you will not initiate, engage in, or promote Prohibited Conduct in connection with the use of our Site or Service, or to mimic in-game experiences in the real world.

  “Prohibited Conduct” includes:
  cheating or using, developing or distributing automation software programs (“bots”), “macro” software programs or other “cheat utility” software programs or applications which are designed to modify the Service or the MeanFreePath experience;

  exploiting, distributing or informing other users of any game error, miscue or bug which gives an unintended advantage;
  interfering or disrupting, or attempting to interfere or disrupt, any computer or network used to provide or support the Site or Service including by
  covering or obscuring any advertisements on any web page that is part of our Site or Service via HTML/CSS, scripting, or any other means,

  a unfair advantage by using a exploited miscue or bug. Is prohibited conduct simple as that I knew about the warehouse building did i use it no. Could I have yes.

  MeanFreePath TOS are not the be all and end all here. I sure MeanFreePath dont want them any bad iTunes rating and review at the start of a new app. There will also be many complaints direct to apple. Seems this game although it has no end will be over before its started unless the devs listen and act toward the majority and the people who have actually spent.

  I believe all the resources buildings and agents earned by using the tib purchased with money should be returned buy not the money.

  No one cares what you believe. You have stated many times that you have not been affected by this so why does your opinion (although I do feel you deserve to have an opinion) count? There are bases listed for deletion on all of our profiles that were not created using any feature of the game that has now been deemed a bug or exploit. That in and of itself is an act of eliminating something that I paid RL monies for and has been revoked with no precident and no fair warning. My ability to request any refund from MFP is none of your concern and you might as well keep your opinion to yourself as this game isn't run by popular opinion or democratic process so your talking has no bearing on this event other than drawing attention to yourself and whatever agenda you may have.

  The buildings and upgrades will b given back but as of right now not the ingame cash or resources. Which I'd be pre pissed about if I was affected. But as for the actual money i 1000000% agree noone deserves a Penney from nicks pocket

  Im pretty sure they prefer bad ratings from cheaters getting punished for abusing an exploit than fair players crying the cheaters got away with it unpunished.

  I do agree with you on getting back part of the tib you used to speed the upgrades tho.

  I disagree. There are discussions going on about this. And that's my opinion about it. If people whowere affected get all pissy because someone who wasnt affected has something to say about it then thats they're problem

  I dont want tib. I want a cash refund. i built by bases inside the parimeters set with the games coding. Tib is no use as I won't be plaing due to no faith in this company.

  Honestly in this situation someone who it doesn't affect and knows all the facts opinion is better then someone just speaking out of frustration

  just because tos says it's prohibited doesnt mean mfp has to choose this path of action to correct it. mfp has the power to choose to refund money/tib used in those bases. i believe that the majority affected take issue with that not the fact it is an exploit. i would be pissed about the money too.

  Tib,r,ingame cash etc. anything that went toward the base should be givin back. As for wanting your actual money back don't be rediculous. That's like watching a movie at the theatre and wanting a refund because you thought the acting was sub par

  Enough with the bad analogies. MFP deals in the licensing of limited use of virtual assets. It's a lot more complicated than a simple transaction for a service or product.
