  First off, this should go in help and strategy , not recruiting. Also, not all syndicates are area-specific, so it doesn't matter where you live.

  Actually it does belong here. Help and strategy is meant for what it says help and strategy not for a player looking for a syndie. This forum is the best fit for what this thread is about. The reason being that it may not be by a specific syndie member(at the time of posting not now) advertising there syndie but it allows syndies to try and recruit him.
