How long till I can send help?

  I sent a player TB yesterday about 4pm PST, it's now almost 10pm PST the next day. How long until I can send a player some TB? I thought it was 24 hours but we've gone beyond that now

  I was able to send at about 6am ... 10 hours shy of 48 hours.. But I didn't check again after 11:45pm last night. But that's only 17 hours shy of 48 hours if it reset right after I checked it last
