Losing 99% of income per base

  I made bases in 298% income territories and on base income details page I'm only making 199% extra where is the 99% going taxes 😱😱

  I think only the director of the area gets the full income percentage.

  Agent cost isn't a part of the income each of your bases makes. Dr is right. I'm losing out on like 40k on a lot of my bases. This needs to be corrected.
