How Do People Get So Many Agents?

  I saw a guy that is level like 13, he was destitute compared to me, but he was Tough in attack and such. I checked. He had like twenty agents compared to my eight. His equipment was poor, but he outnumbered me so.

  I'm trying to hop. So I want to destroy some of my first bases to build outward. So, do I get these Upgrades back? Like my armories. I literally haven't gotten one in 10 levels.

  Like, 21 or so. About the same number I have. I guess I'm the only person that NEVER gets Armories.

  You can have my armories if you give me your security guards :P later on armories are basically useless and will be taken off your turf for the better 2.
