Create territory

  You don't create a territory you move into them. You create bases. If this is what you meant , To create a base go to your map and select the build option from the tab on the bottom of your screen. Then tap somewhere on the the map inside the area that is now highlighted green. Then name/build your base easy as that

  I know how to build bases but this is my question:
  How can i build new territory in another place on my map?

  Go there in real life, or increase your bases influence until it reaches a new region
