  On his iPod. Or will the mods or whatever see that show up as muling or something. Il prob just make him a new acc but this way is less of a dck around. Should I just stay away from that to be safe

  If you're worried, read the ToS. It should be ok as long as you aren't both in the same syndicate or anything

  Nothing will happen. More than 1 device can have same iTunes account. If that's what you're trying to ask
