  How do u get the depot office building casino etc in the upgrades? All I ever get is are the first few on the list. I would like to build the car depot casino and all the others but can never find them

  You need to do tier 2 scans for all those items listed. Hold the scan button to change tiers. Tier 2 costs three stamina rather than one :)
