Cyborg agents

  I am under the impression that cyborg agents are purchased on a 1:1 ratio for current agents using upgrades . But what happens to those cyborgs when armory or agent turfs are destroyed or capped?

  I'm not referring to the Agents associated to the upgrade I am referring to the cyborg agents you can purchase

  You cannot lose your cyborg agents .
