  Public relations, your pr starts off at 1,000. If you attack way smaller players your pr will go down. Younger a warning before you dispute if it will affect your pr. Pr recharges over time

  When your pr goes down your attack ability is reduced by percentages, meaning when you attack you'll only hit with like 80% of your capability , it can drop super low if you keep hitting small players
