  I first opened this game on an ipad, then realized how important it is to set up bases on the go. I changed my username, so in the prompt on my iPhone, what do I enter?

  You cannot just have the same user name on two devices, I tried that with no luck. If creating an account with a password doesn't work I don't know what would.

  I have the same account on my iPad and iPhone. I set up my account with an email and a password in the security settings. No problems whatsoever...

  Got it done. You have to secure your account, use your current username, and wait two hours.
